These terms cover your use of https://k3rnel.io. They do not grant access to the K3rnel product, which is in private beta and provided only under a separate written agreement.
Using this site
You may read this site, and you may link to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content through the contact form.
Content and ownership
The text, design, marks and code of this site belong to K3rnel unless stated otherwise. The K3rnel name and logo are our marks. You may quote short extracts with attribution; please do not reproduce the site wholesale or present it as your own.
Some K3rnel components are, or are intended to be, released under the Apache License 2.0. Where that applies, the licence accompanying that code governs it — not this page.
What this site is not
Everything here is descriptive marketing material about a product in active development. It is not a specification, a warranty, a service level commitment or an offer to contract. Features described may change, and nothing on this page creates an obligation to deliver them.
In particular, this site makes no claim to any security certification or third-party audit. Where our security page says something is in progress or not claimed, that statement is the accurate one.
What you send us
Do not send confidential information or personal data about other people through the contact form. If you send us an idea or suggestion unprompted, we may use it without obligation or compensation — that is not us claiming your intellectual property, it is us being unable to guarantee we were not already working on something similar.
Availability
The site is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K3rnel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the last substantive revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
